A Billboard is a way to promote a webpage or content by calling attention to it with a large image and a link to “read more” (sometimes referred to as a Call to Action). A Billboard consists of a title, a large image, teaser text, and a “read more” link.

To add a billboard to a page

  1. Click Customize this page
  2. Click the plus symbol (+) to add a new pane
  3. Select Billboard
  4. Enter a Title, Image, Teaser Text. NOTE: The “read more” button label and link are optional. 
  5. If you wish to reuse the Billboard on other pages, check the checkbox under the Title field for Make this reusable. You must do this the first time you create the Billboard or else you will not be given the option when you go back to edit the Billboard later on.
  6. Select the Positioning and Text Visibility Adjustment.
  7. Click Add
  8. Click Save

To Edit an Existing Billboard

  1. Click Customize this page
  2. Click the gear icon to edit the Billboard pane
  3. Edit or remove your Title text as needed
  4. If replacing the image, Click REMOVE
  5. Then Click Browse which will allow you to upload a new image or select one from your media library
  6. Edit or remove your Teaser text as needed
  7. Edit or remove your Read More button text as needed
  8. Click Search to find a link to an existing page or document on your site
  9. Optionally, enter the full path URL of an external link, like
  10. Select your Positioning and Visibility options. 
  11. Click UPDATE PREVIEW to see your changes
  12. Continue editing OR 
  13. Click SAVE to save your changes
  14. Click SAVE again at the bottom of the next screen to publish your changes
  15. Refresh your browser 
  16. DONE
